The Target Groups

• The target groups for EDUCATION RESEARCH AND EVALUATION ACTIVITIES consist of government, Native American and First Nation Councils, First Nation communities, Tribes, Indigenous organizations, universities, non-profit agencies and education authorities. The emphasis of each being  indigenous oriented groups.
  
   
• The target groups for RESEARCH AND MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES consist of First Nations, Tribes, Native American and  First Nation governments, the federal government, economic development agencies, caring institutions, government granting agencies, volunteer associations, and non-profit agencies, with priority given to indigenous oriented institutions.
